Dr. Kaiser’s academic career started with Tulsa Public Schools in 2013 at Cooper Elementary School where he was a 4th grade classroom teacher for two years. He then stepped into the role of physical education teacher for two years and in 2015 was named Tulsa Public Schools District Teacher of the Year.
After having the privilege of serving the Cooper community for 4 years, Dr. Kaiser started his administrative career at Monroe Demonstration Academy. At Monroe Demonstration Academy Dr. Kaiser served as the assistant principal for three years before becoming principal in 2020 where he served at Monroe for four years before joining the team at McLain High School as the principal.
Dr. Kaiser came to Tulsa with Teach for America in 2013 after graduating from the University of Lynchburg with a degree in Physical Education. While at the University of Lynchburg Dr. Kaiser played 4 years of basketball under coach Hillary Scott. Since coming to Tulsa, Dr. Kaiser have been awarded the Certificate of Meritorious Achievement from the House of Representatives, the Hall of Honor with 100 Black men of Tulsa, Oklahoma City Thunder's Teacher of the Game, Food on the Move’s Innovator of the Year and the Huterson YMCA’s fundraiser of the year.
Dr. Kaiser received my master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and his Ed.D in Curriculum and Supervision at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Kaiser is a proud husband and father and looks forward to working together to continue to build equitable options for all residents in North Tulsa.
