Brittany Swain

Brittany Swain was born and raised on the Northside of Tulsa, OK. She graduated in 2008 from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Science, specializing in early childhood education, along with a minor in teaching and learning. She began her teaching career as a pre-K, 3-year-old teacher and later pursued a Master’s degree in Human Relations with an emphasis on counseling and organizational infrastructure from The University of Oklahoma, earning her degree in 2012.

Throughout her career, Brittany has gained extensive educational preparation and practical experience in childhood growth and development. She has worked as an early childhood education teacher in a play-based early childhood center in the Tulsa area. After seven years in the classroom, she transitioned into research, spending eight years working for the Early Childhood Education Institution.

Beyond her work at Tulsa Educare, Brittany enjoys teaching Aqua Zumba and serving in her community. She also loves traveling and exploring new restaurants. Passionate about education and community growth, she looks forward to continuing her journey of supporting and uplifting those around her.
